VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON METHODOLOGIES

The goal of our Program is to inspire, motivate, and train rural youth through dynamic and experiential methodologies that strengthen their skills in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and agricultural technologies, fostering their leadership and creativity to positively transform their communities.

The Seedbed Program reaches where it's needed, to every rural corner of Latin America, either in person or virtually.

Group A (5-12 years)

Through playful experiences and play-based learning, children explore and become familiar with sustainability and technology.

Through AGEARTH Colombia's unique methodologies, this group of young people will develop their innovative, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit in AGRISTEAM and AgriTECH, generating impact in their communities.

At AGEARTH, we empower young adults with tools to strengthen their business thinking and proactively participate in their community's agro-industrial chains.

Group C (19-30 years)

At AGEARTH Colombia, we design and implement innovative methodologies for each age group, based on experiential learning and the learn-by-doing model of EARTH University of Costa Rica.
